Joel 2:32

32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lordshall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Mark 16:17

17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

If you are in need of deliverance, you are coming to Mount Zion to Jesus Christ where he sets the captives free John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Matthew 10:8: Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
